*According to the European Institute in Romania, less than 40% of the staff that works in Structural Funds domain worked on European programs.  The Applied Economy Group shows that the efficiency degree for accessing these funds is about 25% and the low performances of Czech Republic (18%), Hungary (22%)and Poland (19%), better prepared than Romania in structural funds absorption, suggests in our case a very low absorption rate. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to invest in the development of absorption capacity.
